Residents selling their units do so independently. As a curtesy, the Office allows half sheets or smaller sale/ rental ads to be placed in the Office board upon request (space is first come first serve). We also recommend checking the Clubhouse for ads.
All potential residents/ owners/ 3rd party renters must complete an application and under go the appropriate background check for the desired type of ownership/ residency. Applications are available in the Office. Please see the Rules & Regulations for more detail on requirements and the application process.
