Rules and Regulations: Lawn Maintenance; Trimming, watering, weeding and general care of the lawn, shrubs and trees is the responsibility of the homeowner throughout the year. Residents must make arrangements for weeding and mowing when they are away for an extended period of time.
The Corporations/Boards reserve the right to have the work done and to bill the resident.

Harassment/Bullying Policy
Approved 10/16/2023
Members and other residents shall not engage in any abusive or harassing behavior, either verbal or physical, or any form of intimidation or aggression directed at other members, residents, guests, occupant, invitees, or directed at management, its agents, employees or vendors.
Consequences Include:
- A letter from management company outlining harassing/bullying/abusive behavior
- A letter and fine from the Board of Directors
- Intervention from the Park attorney, including potential for legal action.
