Welcome to Francis I. We are dedicated to making your time here as enjoyable as possible. As an RV’er, you are subject to all the Rules and Regulations of the Park. You will receive a copy of these when you check-in. It is important you read through these and refer to them as needed during your stay.
RV PARK POLICIES AND RULES Effective 1/1/2024
- All RV lot rentals are managed by the Park office.
- RV lot rental is on a first come-first served basis.
- You will get a copy of your reservation form as confirmation of your reservation. Feel free to contact the office with any questions.
RV LOT RATES

Summer Storage

$100.00 per month – Summer storage is available for RVers that stay 3 consecutive per calendar year. No hook ups and tie downs required.

- Monthly Renters
- A security deposit of $350 is required and must be received to hold a specific space for a specific time. You will be locked into that specific space with no changes in location. The deposit is refundable following your departure providing there are no pending charges or damage to the lot. Many people roll this deposit over to hold their lot for the next season. You also will be locked into a specific time period. You will be billed for the dates reserved, so please choose your dates carefully.
- If you cancel your reservation, the $350.00 deposit will not be refunded.
- All monies are to be paid only in US checks or money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
- The Park pays the first $80.00 of the monthly electric bill. Any amount over $80.00 is your responsibility, and will be billed to you from the park office.
- For those having mail forwarded, there is a $25.00 mailbox key deposit. This must be a separate check when you arrive. This will be returned if the key is returned to the office.
Quiet Please – Campers are to observe quiet between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Messages – Personal messages left at the office will be brought to your campsite on an emergency basis only.
Mail – Please have your mail sent to your site. DO NOT HAVE MAIL SENT TO THE PARK OFFICE.
Laundry – The laundry room is on the south-east side of the clubhouse and available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please clean up after using the facilities.
Restrooms & Showers - These are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the back of the clubhouse. Please clean up after using the facilities.
Washing RVs –Year-round renters may wash RVs or mobile homes up to two (2) times per year. Other RV renters are asked to wash their RVs only once during their stay. Residents are required to conserve water. Management reserves the right to adjust monthly rates if water conservation is not practiced.
Pets – The number of pets per site is two (2). A list of prohibited dog breeds as determined by the Park’s insurer may be obtained from the office. All pets must be registered in the office. RVers staying 1 month or longer pay a one-time registration fee of $5 per pet and receive a license tag. All pets must be leashed when outside in accordance with Highlands County Leash Law. Pet owners must carry liability insurance to cover any damage or injury caused by their animals. Pets are not allowed to be outside when the owner is away from the unit. Anyone disobeying this RV pet policy will be asked to leave.
Guests – All guests must be registered at the office upon arrival before entering the RV site.
There is a $5 per day charge for guests that stay overnight.
Swimming Pool –Pool passes for day guests are $3.00 per person, and available at the office. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
Housekeeping – Please keep your site neat and tidy at all times. Management reserves the right of access onto any lot for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance, or to prevent imminent danger to the occupant.
Fires – No ground fires are allowed on sites.
Campers – Only one camping unit allowed per site (screen rooms excluded). All units must be self-contained. No tenting or man-made shelters are allowed. Apparatus used to tow any vehicles must be stored in the Park’s storage area. See Park office for a sticker and assigned spot.
Garbage – Dumpster is on the corner of Clara St and Renaud St. Dumpster is for regular trash only. No construction materials, furniture or appliances.
Speed Limit – Signs are posted throughout the park. Drivers in the Park must obey all “rules of the road” applicable when driving outside the Park.
We expect everyone’s cooperation. Persons guilty of disorderly conduct or any type of vandalism will be forced to leave and subject to prosecution. Management reserves the right to make any changes in rules and regulations at any time.
